TWC Junior School Art

The Arts are valued for their ability to develop imagination, creativity, lateral thinking and self-expression.

Drama and Music are taught by specialist teachers to all students from Grade RRR to Grade 7 in weekly lessons. Artworks are always on display to develop an aesthetic sense and an appreciation of art.

Drama

TWC Annual Drama Productions

Apart from the opportunities for performance in plays and festivals, drama lessons promote the acquisition of skills such as mime, movement, dance improvisation and public speaking.

Productions are a collaborative opportunity and the culmination of learning in the field of the Arts. All girls are involved in Musical Productions of some sort.
